GEPCO
How to File a GEPCO Complaint
Power out, bill wrong or meter faulty — a GEPCO complaint has a defined route, and each stage expects the one before it to have been tried. Here is the ladder, with the official links.
Helpline 118Where to complain, in order
| Stage | Where | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | GEPCO helpline 118 / sub-division office | Outage, meter fault, reading dispute, bill not received |
| 2 | CCMS (PITC complaint portal) | Anything unresolved — you get a tracking number |
| 3 | NEPRA consumer complaint | The company has not acted, or acted wrongly |
| 4 | Pakistan Citizen Portal / Wafaqi Mohtasib | Maladministration, after the regulator |
Make the complaint count
- Have your 14-digit reference number and mobile number ready.
- Photograph the meter reading with the date visible.
- Write down every complaint number — it is your evidence at the next stage.
