QESCO's residential per-unit rates are set by NEPRA and the federal government, not by the company. These are the slabs in force in September 2026, with the fixed charge each slab carries.

Protected consumers get the benefit of one previous slab: at 150 units, the first 100 are charged at the 1–100 rate and the remaining 50 at the 101–200 rate.

Unprotected consumers get no previous-slab benefit: every unit in the month is charged at the rate of the slab the month's total falls in.

What is the QESCO per unit rate?
From Rs 10.54 per unit for protected consumers up to Rs 47.20 per unit in the top unprotected slab, before FPA and GST.
Is the tariff different for each DISCO?
No. The residential tariff is uniform nationwide; bills differ only through FPA, quarterly adjustments and taxes.
What is a protected consumer?
A residential, non-TOU consumer who has used 200 units or fewer in each of the last six months.
