The short answer
A duplicate bill is the copy of your bill held in the utility's own system — the same reference number, amount and due date. Getting one needs no office visit and no fee: enter the number printed on a previous bill, open the official bill, and use your browser's Print option to print it or save it as a PDF.
How to get a duplicate bill
- 1
Find your number
The 14-digit reference number for electricity, the Consumer Number for SNGPL, the Customer Number for SSGC, or the Account Number for WASA. It is printed at the top of any previous bill.
- 2
Enter it in the box at the top of this site
The company is worked out from the number itself, so there is no list to pick from.
- 3
Open the official bill
Electricity bills open straight from PITC's system. For K-Electric, gas and water, the company's own portal opens with your number copied. The gas companies' portals ask for a CAPTCHA before showing the bill.
- 4
Print it or save it as a PDF
In your browser's Print option, choose Save as PDF instead of a printer to get a file you can keep or send on WhatsApp.
You do not need paper to pay
JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank apps pay a bill from the number alone. A printed duplicate is for your records — and in a dispute, the reading printed on it is your evidence.

Questions
Is there a fee for a duplicate bill?
No. The official systems show a bill to anyone holding the number, and this site charges nothing. Be wary of any site asking for payment to produce a duplicate bill.
Does a duplicate bill show the same amount as the original?
Yes. It comes from the utility's own record, so the amount, due date and reading are the ones the company acts on.
Can I get a bill for a previous month?
A lookup generally shows the current bill. For older bills, contact your company's office or helpline.
