For commercial connections of 5 kW and above, and on time of use, the fixed charge is per kW and is billed on 25% of the sanctioned load or the month's actual MDI, whichever is higher.

How it differs from a home
Commercial connections have no slabs: every unit is charged at one rate, and there is no protected-consumer benefit.
