How to check your Nayatel bill

Sign in at customer.nayatel.com to see the current bill, previous bills and payment history.

The official app shows the bill, usage and complaints for internet, TV and phone in one place, and can pay the bill.

Email or paper bill
Your NTL number is printed on the bill. Keep it: every payment channel asks for it.
Your NTL number is the key
Nayatel's payment channels ask you to 'Enter your NTL Number'. If you cannot find it, call 1441 and choose billing (extension 3), or email billing@nayatel.com.

- Wallets
- Easypaisa and Upaisa: choose Nayatel under internet bills and enter your NTL number.
- 1Bill
- Any bank app or wallet that supports 1Bill invoice payments.
- Card
- Debit or credit card on Nayatel's card-payment page (processed by Bank Alfalah).
- Banks
- Nayatel lists Meezan, HabibMetro, Bank Alfalah, HBL (and Konnect), NBP, Allied, Askari, Bank Al Habib, Faysal, JS, Standard Chartered and others.
- Other
- UBL ATMs and TCS counters.

Nayatel has offices in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Sargodha, Multan and Muzaffargarh. If a billing complaint is not resolved, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) accepts complaints against internet providers.
Frequently asked questions
Can I check my Nayatel bill without logging in?
Not on Nayatel's own site: the bill is in the customer portal and the My Nayatel app. You can pay without logging in through Easypaisa, 1Bill or a bank using your NTL number.
