SNGPL New Gas Connection

Since September 2025, new domestic gas connections are being given on RLNG (imported gas). Here is how to apply with SNGPL in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and what to prepare.

Step by step

    Apply online

    Open SNGPL's official application page and choose a new domestic (RLNG) connection.

  2. 2

    Attach documents

    CNIC copy, proof of ownership or tenancy with the owner's NOC, and a recent bill of a neighbouring gas connection if you have one.

  3. 3

    Survey and demand notice

    SNGPL surveys the premises and issues a demand notice with the security deposit and service-line charges.

  4. 4

    Pay and get the meter

    Pay the demand notice at a bank; the meter is installed and your consumer number issued.

What an RLNG connection means

New domestic connections are supplied at the RLNG (imported LNG) tariff, which can differ from the regular domestic slabs. The current fee and security deposit are stated on your demand notice; check the official page before you apply.

Beware of agents

Apply and pay only through the official website and a bank. Never send money to a personal account to speed up a connection.
